HTML Code for Newsletter width

Hi, I'm wondering if someone on this forum can help me with this. I don't know any HTML and have been using the design view in IContact to create a newsletter, but I copied and pasted a section of the code and have now inadvertently made the newsletter very wide. Can someone tell me which part of this code is responsible for the width? Sorry for posting the whole code.

We all have family, friends, neighbors who are females that participate in sports. Participation in athletic activity is a great thing, especially with obesity rates on the rise. This is especially true for children and adolescents. However, there is such a thing as over-doing it. One consequence of “over-doing” it is something called the female athlete triad.</div>

Congratulations to the Eastpointe &amp; Shore Results Tough Mudder Team! &nbsp; It was a grueling 13 mile course with 27 challenging obstacles to overcome including climbing over 10 foot walls, swimming though 20 yards of ice water, and jumping off a 30ft cliff! &nbsp; &nbsp;Team members endured cramping calves, scrapped up knees and many huge bruises… but our team stayed strong and all 14 successfully completed the event! &nbsp; &nbsp;Thanks to everyone that participated as well as to our friends that supported us! &nbsp; Can’t wait till the next one!</p>

Here at Shore Results most of our members are coming in to lose some unwanted body fat and what most would term “get moving” again. For that reason we are always searching for the most efficient and effective ways to shed those unwanted pounds. The biggest goal for any fat loss training program should be to make positive changes on the metabolism&nbsp;by:&nbsp;</p>

We all have family, friends, neighbors who are females that participate in sports. Participation in athletic activity is a great thing, especially with obesity rates on the rise. This is especially true for children and adolescents. However, there is such a thing as over-doing it. One consequence of “over-doing” it is something called the female athlete triad.</div>

Congratulations to the Eastpointe &amp; Shore Results Tough Mudder Team! &nbsp; It was a grueling 13 mile course with 27 challenging obstacles to overcome including climbing over 10 foot walls, swimming though 20 yards of ice water, and jumping off a 30ft cliff! &nbsp; &nbsp;Team members endured cramping calves, scrapped up knees and many huge bruises… but our team stayed strong and all 14 successfully completed the event! &nbsp; &nbsp;Thanks to everyone that participated as well as to our friends that supported us! &nbsp; Can’t wait till the next one!</p>
