How Will I Know My "Host Name" To Upload My Site?

Will you help me?

It says on Lesson 13 that To have access to the server, you need to know the "Host Name" (For example, ftp.htmlnet.site50.net) and have your username and password ready.

How will I know my host name? Will I know it if I would register at 000webhost.com? 000.webhost.com says they have free hosting. In a register form it says I want to host my own domain name (domain must be registered already) or, I will choose your free subdomain (recommended) which one I would choose?

choose choose your free subdomain (recommended) for learning purpose and when you want to create your fist website then register a domain it will cost you around $10 and yes when you complete the signup they will email you the host name to upload your website.
