Active link

by Marsha Daryabeigi » Tue Apr 21, 2015 9:18 pm

I made a layout I just took out the part that does not work. The problem is when I click on "zucchini tomato" it suppose to have a darker back ground and red text but it stays like I hover over it with dotted line . It only change backbround and text color to active when I try to move the text. It works fine for another item why not for "zucchini tomato"
Here is the coding
<a class="two" href="#zuc"> Zuccini Tomato</a>
<style type="text/css">
a.two:link { color: brown;
text-decoration: none;
}

a.two:active {
color: red;
text-decoration: underline;
background-color:#C79999;
outline: maroon dotted;

}

a.two:hover {
color: #5C1700;
text-decoration: underline;
background-color:#FFE0CC; }
</style>

I think so you have to see the CSS style for a{} anchor tag in the Style sheet and try to override it.

Hi,

Code: Select all
.link a:active
{
       color:white;
}

Using this code whenever you visit the link the color will change to white.

thanks.
