Try to google "CSS Themes". Or even better learn CSS yourself: http://html.net/tutorials/css/ :)

I have found it worthwhile to break down my CSS searches into smaller chuncks like looking for 'horizontal css navigation' or 'vertical css navigation'. Often times you can find great working examples of clean and useful CSS code.
