According to you which is the best platform ?

Wordpress is consolidated as a blogging platform, while Joomla is consolidated as a CMS.

Wordpress is the best. Easy to learn and lots of help tutorials and forums available on the net. You can also find thousands of free plugins to enhance your website.

All I would say is don't do this comparison as WordPress is far larger and broader as compared to joomla. You might be surprised to know that almost 74% internet is powered by WordPress.

don't have second thought in your mind..choose wordpress over jhoomla..Wordpress is very easy to use and seo friendly.
There are thousands of ready made plugins available for specific functionality..and moreover thousands of bloggers are available for you if you get any doubt related to Wordpress

Depends upon the expertise for management. If you are aware of Joomla, it can be okay but if you don't have much knowledge about its management, better choose WordPress.

Wordpress is more current and useful. Joomla is not bad but wordpress number 1
