Any good email portal script available for free

I was just willing to know that can someone provide me a email portal script so that I can provide mailing service like gmail to my users.

i visited hivemail and tested it. But their is a problem I have to provide mailing service to many users and the maximum count is even not known to me. Please provide something whch does not charge license fee.

And amanpoke i would say with every hosting package there comes a email server as well and you can manage your email server with in C-Panel.
You can make lots of email address for your users and hosting service also provide web based email client to assess your emails.
You just need to create email's in cpanel and provide your users their username and passwords.
If you want to host your own script you need email server for this purpose.
there are some free scripts for email here are the list
Google Provide free email address for your domain upto 10 email address

Round Cube Is Free and very good web based client for emails

and there are lots of more free scripts like these but all of these script come pre-configured with a good hosting plan...

Xain thanks for ur suggestion but I want to something in which users can register and get their email address working instantly. Coz creating an email address for someone and then giving it to him will trouble a lot coz the traffic is growing everyday. So i was willing for script in which unlimited users can register and use the mailing service for free.

ok then you can create a simple html signup form and
use C-PANEL api if you are hosting on a cpanel.

I checked it but it will consume a lot of time. Don't u know any script like hivemail though it has less features but unlimited users will do. And plz make sure the script u tell must be open source and shouldn't ask a license fees. Also if it shows powered by no problem with that.
