If you have a hosted website virus protection will be part of the package and you shouldn't worry about it.

If you run your own server it is definitely something you need. But not necessarily McAfee - there are lot of good free alternatives.

Spyware Doctor is best to protect website from virus.it helps to stop maleware software,viruses,spyware. so it gives very good protection.
